"MY WAY WITH JUDAISM”

Previously we were courted with a welcomed  São Paulo’s fine drizzle   and after a soon wooing and  sunny Sunday, we had the opportunity to be invited to a book launch of so distinguished work  in 21/09/14 at 11:00 a.m.  within the São Paulo Jewish    Community in Hebrew Club.

We are not Jews, but we share a lot  of solidary and empathetic  feeling to the Jewish community causes similarly to our  Alderman Floriano Pesaro emphatically has contributed with his works, action and important attention and solicitude in favor to Jewish Causes not at this moment, but that follow a lot of humanity important moments with a future more humanitarian and empathetic global society projection.

In this sense, it was very timely, we are sure that the Floriano Pesaro’s book launch nearby Rosh Hashanah ( Jewish New Year)  which will happpen in september 25, 2014 is  an important reflection time, in which God initiates the judgment of every human being in the world. The day celebrates the anniversary of the creation of man, on the 6th day of the Creation of the World.

We emphasize an attempt to contextualize that to the current moment in  our country and all of the world is passing through great challenges that go through  especially the suffered  Israel history (present and past). Also we highlight particularly challenges of valuing human life, whose fundamental rights, the inclusion of human rights in a world increasingly deterritorializing (virtual communities of such a undefined cyberspaces concepts).

According to Monteiro, SD (2014)

"Cyberspace is defined as a virtual world because it is present in power, is a deterritorializing space. This world is not palpable, but there is another way, another reality. Cyberspace exists in an undefined, unknown, full of possibilities and becomings site. We cannot even assert that cyberspace is present on computers, either in the nets, after all, where is cyberspace? Where does all this "world" when we turn off our computers? It is this fluid nature of cyberspace makes it virtual. "

According to Floriano it was  easily shown that the man nowadays, it was not possible to build a Human Society yet. Human Society in the sense, above all, appreciation and respect for the own person thinking and in their  values option ​​that dignify in his proper community and   related other people.

 Meanwhile, demonstrated in the chapter of his book that was selected to be commented.

“The Ten Commandments and the XXI century” also written by Floriano Pesaro in other article  on May 13, 2013 - 15:07 was fairly included to the book. And, as he stated in chapter of it

“The importance of the Ten Commandments to the Jewish religion is of greater magnitude because we have no dogmas that are the cornerstone of our religion. Thus, this code of ethics, received by the people as a constituted and suffered people, our free will as individuals is, after all, what can be considered as the definition of the 'chosen people'.

I always had trouble dealing with this, which seemed prejudiced, until I learned to see it endowed with some responsibility to seek sacred act, creating an ethical example to be followed.

Today, in the twenty-first century, we do not have choice. The world ask for an attitude. And even the State of Israel seems to be seen through a magnifying glass. Each deviation path that happens there is reported as if it were a crime of magnitude different. It is as if Israel had the worst service in the world of Public Relations. But that’s not so. It's because it is  waited  too from us.  It is because the lens has that examines us has another different caliber. Yes, we have a diverse nature responsibility.

The ethics of the Ten Commandments is our compass, our personal choice and our social responsibility.

Every year at this time of Shavuot, the day on which we celebrate the great revelation of the Giving of the Torah on Mount Sinai, in the year 2448, we can imagine ourselves in the desert, as a people constituted receiving this quest once again being trustees of this social ethical code, which puts us ahead of a path that cannot wait. The partners demands multiply, intolerance and violence flourish.

As individuals, we have free will, as social beings and Jewish people elected with the moral responsibility of compassion; we have the duty to be partners with God in perfecting this world.

The world today believes that the concept of social responsibility is something fairly new in view of the suffering that so many people, peoples, social groups and minorities still face today.

However, as Jews, we know that social responsibility principles were already established in the Ten Commandments and much of what is known as social Laws, Constitutions, Bills of Rights are rules and regulations that interpret comprehensively the Ten Judaism Commandments

and its orthopraxy require a responsible attitude before God, his parents, himself and his neighbor. In fact, Judaism has created the most important rule of social and empathetic  relationships principles: " What you do not wish done to  yourself, do not do to others.  " That is, doesn't hurt anybody!! And, this with important consequences and repercussions  to the Right Sciences. No other rule necessary in a liberal society. Jewish theologians wisely say that all other commandments are social interpretations of this. You need to learn compassion not to harm others. And here we take the opportunity to highlight what Judaism preaches in tune with what is at present being much enhanced by authors such as Jeremy Rifkin, who claims

Rifkin extrapolates the observed trend into the future, predicting that Internet and mobile technology along with small-scale renewable energy commercialization will create an era of distributed capitalism necessary to manage the new energy regime and a heightened global empathy that can help solve global problems.

Our challenge is how to make today's leaders take this ability to be empathetic to the day to day, "said Schindler." That is contextualizing the present moment, how could we think of a government proposal to our right-wing  to contemplate such a proposal as a guideline government plan government center / right candidate for presidency?

 BELÍSSIMA OBRA
 “MEU CAMINHO COM O JUDAÍSMO” 

Cortejados previamente com uma bem vinda garoa paulista e logo em seguida um belíssimo e também
 cortejante sol de domingo, tivemos a oportunidade de sermos
 convidados ao lançamento de tão expressiva obra às 11:00
 de 21/09/14 no seio comunidade no Clube Hebraica.

Não somos  judeus, mas comungamos solidariamente e empaticamente muito como o Vereador Floriano Pesaro
 que empaticamente tem contribuído com seus projetos, sua
 ação, seu cuidado para a comunidade  judaica de São
 Paulo com suas causas que acompanham vários momentos importantes da humanidade com  anseio de uma futura sociedade global mais humana  e empática. 

   Muito oportuno, temos certeza, o lançamento de seu livro
 nestes dias que antecedem “Rosh Hashaná” (25/09/14).     O ano novo judaico é um período de reflexão, em que Deus  inicia o julgamento de cada ser humano. A data celebra o
 aniversário da criação do Homem, no 6º dia da Criação
 do Mundo.

Ressaltamos na tentativa de uma contextualização de
 momento em que nosso país, e também o mundo, passam por
 grandes desafios em especial Israel. Desafios, sobretudo da
valorização e respeito ao ser humano, cujos direitos fundamentais, na inserção dos direitos humanos em um mundo cada vez mais desterritorializante (comunidades virtuais em cyberespaços indefinidos).

Pois,  segundo Monteiro, SD
 (2014) “O ciberespaço é definido como um mundo virtual porque está presente em potência, é um espaço
 desterritorializante. Esse mundo não é palpável, mas  existe de outra forma, outra realidade. O ciberespaço  existe em um local indefinido, desconhecido, cheio de  devires e possibilidades. Não podemos, sequer, afirmar que o ciberespaço está presente nos computadores, tampouco nas
 redes, afinal, onde fica o ciberespaço? Para onde vai todo  esse “mundo” quando desligamos os nossos computadores?
 É esse caráter fluido do ciberespaço que o torna   virtual.”

Segundo Floriano que demonstra facilmente que ao homem, nos
 dias atuais, não foi possível ainda construir uma  Sociedade Humana. Sociedade Humana no sentido, sobretudo, de valorização e respeito à pessoa na sua forma de pensar e
 pela escolha de valores que a dignificam em sua comunidade e
 perante aos outros. 

Nesse ínterim, demonstrado no capítulo de seu livro.
 Os Dez Mandamentos e o século XXI Escrito por Floriano Pesaro em 13 de maio de 2013 – 15:07 -
E, como o senhor mesmo afirma em capítulo do próprio
livro que foi selecionado para ser comentado.
 A importância dos Dez Mandamentos para a religião judaica  é de maior magnitude porque não temos dogmas que sejam a
 pedra angular de nossa religião. Assim, este código de  ética, recebido pelo povo enquanto povo constituído e
 sofrido, e o nosso livre arbítrio enquanto indivíduos é,  afinal, o que podemos considerar como a definição do
 ‘povo eleito’.

 Sempre tive dificuldade em lidar com esta, que me parecia  preconceituosa, até que aprendi a vê-la dotada de certa
 responsabilidade maior de buscar agir de forma sagrada,  criando o exemplo ético a ser seguido.

 • Não matarás.
 • Não adulterarás.
 • Não furtarás.
 • Não darás falso testemunho contra o teu próximo.
 • Não cobiçarás a casa do teu próximo
 …

Hoje, no século XXI, já não temos escolha. O mundo nos  cobra uma atitude. E mesmo o Estado de Israel parece ser
 visto através de uma lente de aumento. Cada desvio de  caminho que por lá acontece é noticiado como se fosse um
 crime de grandeza diferente. É como se Israel tivesse o  pior serviço de Relações Públicas do mundo. Mas não. É  porque de nós se espera muito. É porque a lente que nos  examina tem outro calibre. Sim, temos uma responsabilidade  de outra natureza.

 A ética dos Dez Mandamentos é nossa bússola, nossa escolha pessoal e nossa responsabilidade social.  Todos os anos, nesta época de Shavuot,o dia no qual  celebramos a grande revelação da Outorga da Torá no Monte  Sinai, no ano 2448, podemos nos imaginar no deserto, como
 povo constituído, recebendo esta missão, mais uma vez  sendo fiéis depositários deste código ético social, que  nos coloca à frente de um caminho que não pode mais
 esperar. As demandas sócias se multiplicam, a intolerância
 e a violência florescem.
 Como indivíduos, temos o livre arbítrio, como seres  sociais e povo judeu eleito com a responsabilidade moral da
 compaixão, temos o dever de sermos parceiros de Deus no
 aperfeiçoamento deste mundo.

 O mundo atual acredita que o conceito de responsabilidade
 social é algo razoavelmente novo tendo em vista o
 sofrimento que tantas pessoas, povos, grupos sociais e
 minorias ainda enfrentam nos dias de hoje.

 Entretanto, como judeus, sabemos que princípios de responsabilidade social foram estabelecidos já nos Dez
 Mandamentos e muito do que se conhece como Leis sociais,
 Constituições, Declarações de Direitos, são regras e
 normas que interpretam de forma abrangente os Dez
 Mandamentos.
 O judaísmo e sua ortopraxia exigem uma postura responsável
 diante de Deus, de seus pais, de si mesmo e de seu próximo.
 Aliás, o judaísmo criou o mais importante princípio regra das
 relações sociais e empáticas: “Não faça aos outros o
 que não quer que lhe façam.” É, isto com repercussões no
 Direito.  Ou seja, não faça o mal!! Não existe  nenhuma outra regra necessária em uma sociedade liberal. Os  teólogos judeus dizem que todos os outros mandamentos  sociais são interpretações deste. É preciso aprender a  compaixão para não prejudicar os outros. 

E, aqui, aproveitamos o ensejo para ressaltar ao que prega o
Judaísmo em sintonia com o  que vem na atualidade
sendo bastante enaltecido por autores como Jeremy Rifkin,
 que afirma surpreendentemente
“ A origem dessas ideias vieram de Liga-se a evolução da comunicação e energia desenvolvimento em civilizações

 ajudar a resolver problemas globais.”
